When ever I log on to internet explorer homepage www.msn.com after a few minutes the page is redirected to other homepage called res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776. This is a sales page for all kinds of stuff. Then it changes the default home page to this and every time I restart then it goes to this new page.

One of the customizations they might make is to disable the ability to change the home page, so that you are forced to use their home page.
